How to Avoid falling asleep in office (Prem Dev Dileep)

Hi friends,
Today i am here to share with you about 'how to avoid falling asleep in office while there is no works to do for you especially'.

 Based on my own experience, I myself discovered that why we fall asleep when there is no much work or when there is very boring work to do after noon & how to avoid falling asleep after noon.

Most of the employees who work in front of the computer naturally feeling sleepy after the lunch break. Especially in between the time period of 2 pm & 3.30 pm you employees feel sleepy if they are not engaged in brainstorming work, or any emergency active mind work with pressure.

So, let me come to the point now. First thing you need to avoid to escape from falling asleep in time period (2 pm-3.30 pm) is


1) 'DON'T GO TO THE PAST'

 (Don't memorize anything which happen yesterday/today morning/or any past days) especially if you remember anybodies dialogues in the after noon sleepy hours, i am damn sure that, while you are remembering the past scene with dialogues,after sometime the volume of dialogue you hear while you remember will slowly come down,and then slowly you will reach to not hearing anything inside what you are remembering & also you will not hear office ambience sounds also(other employees talking etc). After sometime suddenly your eyes will open due to some extreme noises/may be somebody tried to made you wake up. So that time only you will realize that you were sleeping in the office without your knowing it. When someone sits or sleeps in totally well relaxed position without any activities,automatically their mind will start to explore past (remembering events happened in the past),so that will definitely make your eyes to close automatically to see the picture clearly what your remembering in your inside mind,& that will connect to the dream once you get sleep track completely.
SO DON'T THINK ANYTHING ABOUT PAST or DON'T DAY DREAM During After noon sleepy hours.BE IN PRESENT. YOU CAN THINK ABOUT PRESENT ONLY.

2) DON'T HAVE TOO MUCH MEALS IN NOON 

(Avoid having stomach full of midday meals in office days. If have much food after noon means, that will make you feel lazy & boring after noon,and that will make you to take some rest by relaxing on chair without any activities,automatically that will lead you to fall asleep.

3) DRINK WATER PROPERLY TO KEEP MOUTH FRESH 
(But Don't have Too much)
Drink water after noon properly. Don't let your mouth get dried due to lack of water,if your mouth is dried due to lack of water,you will feel tired & will feel boring.But don't take too much of water to fight against sleep,it will make you to take more rest,so that rest will automatically take yo to sleeping mood.You can have chocolates,which contains glucose,so it will activate you.

4) ENGAGED IN SPEAKING WITH SOMEBODIES

    This is another easy way to avoid falling asleep after noon.But in strict office, you will not be able to speak too much with your co-workers. In a situation where there are no employee seating next you to speak ,you will have to hardly fight with falling asleep by yourself by gaming in phone,chatting through phone or writing down something on your note book without remembering anything about past.If you are really in trouble of hitting sleep extremely in to you,& you want to stop falling asleep immediately (otherwise your boss will notice you), so in this situation, you have 2 Options
Option 1 is standing up from the chair & going to restroom.
Option 2 is taking your phone & dialing your favorite person to have an interesting conversation,
while you are having a conversation with a person to whom you are interested, your brain will activate very quick.(Activating your brain is very important,when our brain getting excited for happiness or surprises or even any kind of positive hope,sleep will fade away. But when you are remembering something,brain's memory layer only working which may switch off you automatically & you will get sleep.But if you are remembering any dangerous/frightening past event sometimes will not take you into sleep,especially if you are analyzing past events (eg; why that happened that day?how it is happened,who was that? ).

5) HOLD YOUR MUSCLE WHILE WORKING 
    Don't sit in well relaxed position after noon. Tight your muscles, use your body strength much even if don't have any need of using physical power for computer work also.Shake your body whenever you feel sleepy. Take your comb brush and comb your hair.Comb brush will activate your brain cells.


6) AVOID FAN
Switch off the fan if your feeling much sleep. Fan will take you into deep sleep,because if we are under the fast running FAN, we will get much air,that air will make us to sleep very well in the office. Try to get sweat. Do you know if when you get sweat you will not feel to sleep, when you are in cool (AC) office, you will feel to sleep much especially if you get a jacket.And do interesting things like chatting over Facebook,browsing tourism spots,wall papers etc,whatever making you feel fresh & positive.
